Cloud Extract Sunset Announcement

After careful consideration and a strategic evaluation of our product portfolio, we have decided to sunset Cloud Extract - RudderStack’s ETL offering - on December 1, 2025. If you are a current RudderStack Growth/Enterprise customer, you will continue to have access to these pipelines. Please contact your Customer Success Manager for the specifics.

Here’s what you need to know:

• Sunset Timeline: Cloud Extract will be officially sunset on December 1, 2025.
• Support: Cloud Extract will no longer be actively developed or maintained. However, our support team will still be available to assist you with any questions or concerns you may have during this transition period.
• Migration: Our team will work with the customers currently using Cloud Extract to share best practices on migrating their ETL workflows.

RudderStack’s core competencies include event collection (Event Stream), unification (Profiles), and activation (Reverse ETL). By focusing on these areas, we are better positioned to continue to innovate and provide the best possible solutions for your data needs.
