Set up and configure Cordial as a destination in RudderStack.

This guide will help you set up Cordial as a destination in the RudderStack dashboard. It also lists the configuration settings required to correctly send data from the supported sources to Cordial.

Setup

In your RudderStack dashboard, add a source. Then, from the list of destinations, select Cordial.

Connection settings

SettingDescription
Destination nameAssign a name to uniquely identify the destination.
API KeyEnter your Cordial API key by going to Settings > API Keys.
API Base URLSpecify the API base URL by going to in your Cordial dashboard. For example, https://api.usw2.cordial.io.

Advanced settings

Configure the below settings to receive your data correctly in Cordial.

Note: If you choose Custom, make sure to pass the custom consent data to SDK.

Where can I find the Cordial API base URL?

  1. Log in to your Cordial dashboard.
  2. Go to Settings > Account and navigate to the API section.
  3. You can obtain the API base URL from the URL listed here. For example, if the URL is https://api.usw2.cordial.io/docs/v2, then the API base URL is https://api.usw2.cordial.io.
